Core Banking – Senior Data Analyst

We're seeking a technically-minded individual to join our team as a Core Banking – Senior Data Analyst in Wealth Management Technology.

 

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. As a Senior Data Analyst at the Vice President level, you will analyze business processes and complex data flows, identify needs, and establish requirements to enhance efficiency and productivity, combining business acumen with strong analytical and technical skills.

What you'll do in the role:

You will gather business requirements, perform analysis, and work with the Banking Product teams to plan and execute on the strategy of delivering banking solutions to our clients.Day to day responsibilities will include agreeing priorities with the business, discussing options with multiple IT development teams, analyzing dataflows, searching for gaps and discrepancies across multiple sources and proposing actionable solutions.You will collaborate with testing teams on planning quality assurance processes and scenarios for the new business capabilities and technical solutions.You will operate in the Digital Core Banking Agile Fleet, collaborating with  product owners based in New York and delivery teams across US, Budapest and India.

 

What you'll bring to the role:

5+ years of experience in technical-oriented business analyst or data analyst roles.Hands-on experience analyzing and documenting technical details for complex systems, especially in financial or banking environments.Experience collaborating with development teams to gather feedback on, and review technical requirements including some of the following: data flows, data models, API specifications, architecture or implementation frameworks.Excellent relationship-building skills with both technical and business partners, internally and externally.Patience and perseverance to thoroughly investigate data issues and system flows, and to drive resolution with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment.Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work.Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent.#LI-FT1 #BPTECH #LI-hybrid
