Write promotional copy for site, app, email, social, and in-store experiences
Take ownership of creative direction at the executional level, refining and adapting it independently across deliverables
Translate marketing objectives and customer insights into clear, action-driving language
Collaborate with design, merchandising, operations, and marketing partners to bring briefs to life across a range of customer touchpoints
Support seasonal strategy, our loyalty programs, and evolving brand initiatives and business needs
Balance multiple projects on staggered timelines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ensure accuracy in product representation, pricing, and legal requirements
Proofread and self-edit all work for clarity, consistency, and tone
Who You Are3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in retail
1–2 years experience in promotional marketing, loyalty/rewards programs, or UX strongly preferred
Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and clean, customer-facing writing
A proven track record tailoring content across channels and platforms
Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
An understanding of brand voice nuances and ability to adapt tone for different use cases and audiences
An interest in fashion, pop culture, and evolving customer behaviors
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of partners
BA or equivalent experience preferred
