What does a Copywriter do at Hogarth?
This is an integral copywriting role for one of our key retail clients. The role will involve facilitating the business's need for copywriting in both print and digital communication.
The Copywriter will be primarily writing copy for external communication and will also be responsible for ensuring all work meets client requirements and is on brand. They will also assist with reviewing client copy and proactively provide alternative recommendations. Working closely alongside the Account and Creative Team to make sure work is correctly managed, all processes adhered to, and sharing and documenting any issues or knowledge to provide consistency.
This role would suit a highly organized individual who can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple clients, jobs, and deadlines simultaneously. The successful candidate would also need to be a strong team player with good communication skills, who not only can work alongside their Account Manager but also work with the clients closely. Raising any issues in a timely manner to the account team or line manager.
The Client team is made up of designers, art workers, and client services professionals. Experience in copywriting, proofreading, and editing, as well as working with financial copy and banking terminology, is desirable.
