WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Copywriter, you will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, with a key focus on transcreating global content into Polish. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in adapting and refining brand messages for the local market, ensuring consistency with H&M global tone of voice while making content feel fresh, relevant, and culturally resonant for Polish customers.
You will:
Adapt and transcreate global marketing content into Polish across all channels—online and in-store, paid and unpaid—ensuring it reflects H&M’s brand tone and is locally relevant.Work closely with the Content Coordinator to translate and shape messages for various marketing and communication activities.Tailor communication to resonate with local customer segments by using customer insights and supporting day-to-day messaging strategies.Serve as the main point of contact for copy production in Poland, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and high-quality delivery across departments.Write and deliver creative, engaging, and efficient copy within deadlines—always looking for fresh and innovative ways to connect with our audience.Manage the translation and localization process across touchpoints, ensuring timely and effective execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing copy expertise to meet campaign goals.Stay aligned with global brand updates, tone of voice guidelines, content formats, and strategy documents to ensure seamless local adaptation.Support A/B testing through copy variations across emails, push notifications, and the website.Lead local copywriting projects aimed at elevating our team’s capabilities and reinforcing H&M’s image as a fashion-forward brand in the Polish market.Occasionally create original, non-standard content that demonstrates strong fashion insight and brings a distinct, inspiring voice to our communications.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be a key member of the Content Team. You will have close collaboration with various Customer Activation and Marketing teams. You will be closely collaborating with the Content Coordinator on joint projects, including the preparation of necessary reports and shared deliverables.
