Insight Global is hiring a Quebec Content Strategist to lead the voice and cultural adaptation of loyalty program content for the Quebec market. This role blends content strategy with copywriting, ensuring communications ranging from app notifications to major marketing campaigns are culturally authentic, engaging, and persuasive for Quebec members. The strategist will own the development of the Quebec French Style Guide and Glossary, acting as the final editor and key consultant for marketing communications before localization. Working closely with internal AI teams, this role will also help train AI tools to improve copy guidance tailored for the Quebec market. The position balances hands-on copywriting with strategic initiatives to elevate brand voice and comprehension in Quebec.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the official Quebec French Style Guide and Glossary for the loyalty programs.
Act as the final editor and approver for high volumes of content to ensure quality, cultural relevance, and brand voice consistency.
Write compelling, creative copy for key marketing campaigns and loyalty programs targeted at Quebec audiences.
Consult with marketing teams to assess and optimize campaign concepts for effectiveness in the Quebec market before localization.
Collaborate extensively with internal AI teams to train and guide in-house AI tools supporting copy generation and style adherence.
Manage content strategy efforts to bridge gaps between standard translation and authentic Quebec cultural connection.
Support six major loyalty program campaigns annually with fresh, culturally resonant content.
Ensure all digital content (app, web, email) aligns with strategic marketing goals and Quebec-specific needs.
This role is ideally suited for someone who combines in-depth Quebec market knowledge with strong digital content skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for cultural authenticity. Fluency in both French and English is essential as this position requires regular bilingual communication and content creation. Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
Native French speaker with deep understanding of the Quebec market and its cultural nuances.
3-5+ years of experience in content strategy and high-impact copywriting, including creating style guides, glossaries, and content frameworks.
Fluent in both French and English.
Experience working in marketing, advertising, or communications environments.
Skilled in writing for digital platforms such as mobile apps (UI/UX copy), websites, and email campaigns.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
Experience working with AI tools, especially for training and guiding content generation (e.g., large language models, machine learning).
Strong strategic thinking and ability to adapt marketing concepts to resonate with the Quebec audience.
Nice to Have:
Experience with loyalty programs or promotional marketing.
Background in AI or digital content technology.
Previous work specifically related to Quebec cultural adaptation or copy localization. null
