Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Copper Splicer to support a leading telecom construction company. This individual will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of copper cable systems, ensuring high-quality splicing and testing that meets both project and industry standards. Daily tasks will include performing pair identification, bonding, and grounding, as well as reading and interpreting splicing diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting testing and troubleshooting using tools such as TDRs and OTDRs, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
