Join us in helping organizations leverage AI to optimize workflows, foster innovation, and secure their operations, all while providing a familiar and powerful Windows experience across any device. **Responsibilities** **Join Our AI Business Solutions Team as a Copilot Solution Engineer** As a Copilot Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through transformative change by leveraging the full potential of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Chat, and broader M365 ecosystem. Your primary responsibility is to lead customers in making informed technical decisions, ensuring successful adoption and optimisation of Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Agents, Agentic AI, and the Modern Workplace. As a Copilot Solution Engineer, you will lead AI transformation engagements, such as demonstrations and pilot programs, to help win technical decisions and drive customer commitment to Copilot and Agents. You will support the AI Workforce SSP hunting effort by engaging with customer contacts, qualifying leads, and identifying partner co-sell opportunities. Working collaboratively within a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources, you will proactively engage with customers to understand their unique business challenges and demonstrate how Copilot and Microsoft 365 solutions can empower their employees, optimise workflows, and drive innovation. You will own technical discussions, lead architectural design and proof of concept sessions, and provide strategic input to shape customer solutions—ensuring seamless integration of Copilot, Teams Calling, Meetings, Teams Premium, and Frontline Worker enablement. As a Copilot Solution Engineer, you will lead technical engagements by organising demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the capabilities of Copilot and Microsoft Teams. You will guide customers through technical decision-making, addressing challenges, and designing solutions that maximise the impact of Copilot and Microsoft 365. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with sales, partners, and engineering teams to identify new opportunities, provide feedback, and drive product enhancements based on customer needs and insights from the competitive landscape. Leading technical discussions with customers and establishing rules of engagement (e.g., role boundaries, handoff strategies) for extended teams including partners and CSU, leveraging knowledge of processes (e.g., Managed Service Provider [MSP], Managed Certified Professional [MCP]), tools, and programs (e.g., FastTrack, customer investment funding [ECIFs]) and leveraging foundational knowledge of resources (e.g., roles, Microsoft Technology Center, demo sites, virtual sites). + **Build Strategy for Copilot and Teams** : You will provide strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capability at the account level, leveraging knowledge of partners, open-source solutions, and competitors in the Copilot for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Calling, Meetings, devices, Teams Premium, Frontline Worker enablement and Viva solutions space. You will take knowledge of customer feedback, specific Microsoft Teams solutions, and their context in a competitive landscape and delivering core competitive knowledge back to engineering teams to enhance Microsoft Teams and Copilot capabilities and to develop compete strategies. + **Solution Design and Proof for Copilot and Teams:** You will demonstrate (e.g., Architectural Design Sessions, and Proof of Concept sessions) Copilot for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Calling, Meetings, devices, Teams Premium, Frontline Worker enablement and Viva products, services, and integration; presenting and applying architecture patterns for design, development, configuration, and deployment/adoption/governance planning; applying sales methodologies (e.g., MCEM); leveraging partner/customer teams as needed. + **Education:** You will proactively identify learning gaps; monitoring & responding to internal tech community posts, attending community calls, sessions, hackathons, etc. Practicing expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to expand knowledge of architecture and demonstrating new and updated Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams products and services. + **Leverage Partner Ecosystem:** You will act as the liaison between the partner and team and facilitating partner resources and processes. Identifying Copilot for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Calling, Meetings, Teams Premium, devices, Frontline Worker and Viva skill and resource gaps and providing feedback to internal teams. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 10+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience + Experience around BOT Framework, knowledge about Agentic AI, AI Agents is a plus + OR equivalent experience. + 6+ years’ experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. + Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Security, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
