L’établissement dispose de 192 chambres et suites donnant sur les Champs-Elysées. Résumé du poste Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Ressources Humaines, le Coordinateur RH est en charge de l’ensemble des tâches liées à l’administration du personnel, de l’entrée des associés à leur départ de l’entreprise, dans le respect du droit du travail, des dispositions conventionnelles et des procédures applicables au sein de l’entreprise. Ayant un rôle central et polyvalent, il est l’interlocuteur privilégié des collaborateurs. Il assure également un support à l’équipe et participe à l’ensemble des projets de la Direction des Ressources Humaines. **Missions** : Administration du personnel - Suivi administratif du personnel, de son embauche à son départ de l’entreprise - Rédaction des avenants et contrats de travail - Préparation des dossiers du personnel - Réalisation des démarches administratives liées à l’entrée et à la sortie des salariés (DPAE, mutuelle, médecine du travail…) - Suivi des arrêts de travail (arrêts maladie, accidents du travail) et suivi des visites médicales. Relation avec la médecine du travail - Participation aux audits RH - Participation aux déclarations annuelles (Handicap, Formation,…) en lien avec la Responsable de paye.
