Coordinator - Store Operations

POSITION TITLE: Coordinator - Store Communications 

REPORTS TO: Associate Manager - Communications 

STATUS: Full Time Non-Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Coordinator - Store Communications supports the efficiency of field operations by managing workload calendars, executing clear field communications and coordinating planning tools that guide store execution. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Visual, Marketing and Store Operations to ensure workload processes align with business priorities and are easily actionable for the field. The Coordinator is highly organized, detail-oriented and an effective communicator with strong project management and problem-solving skills ensuring consistent and efficient execution across stores. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the execution of all workload planning communications including developing and distributing surveys, assessments, testing and multi-phase rollout initiatives Own and maintain workload planning calendars for Field Leaders and Store Teams ensuring alignment with key business priorities and timelines Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency, clarity and effectiveness of product and promotional test initiatives Project manage the end-to-end development of quarterly workload guides ensuring accuracy, cross-functional alignment and timely delivery to the field Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Field Visual, Marketing, Store Operations and Field Leadership to ensure workload processes are actionable and aligned with company objectives Conduct ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for workload optimization, including cost-saving initiatives and resource efficiencies Monitor and assess the impact of Workload Planning training programs by developing and applying measurable performance metrics Rotational weekend on-call communication support Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Communications or a related field required 3+ years of experience in retail or corporate retail operations Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other relevant business tools or technology platforms Self-motivated and organized, with strong skills in prioritization, planning, problem-solving and end-to-end project management Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Proven ability to influence peers and senior management Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment High attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy, timelines, and reporting Occasional travel required

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
