Job DetailsPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for promoting the growth of the CSS service because of sales and marketing success
Executes solution development, leveraging core and diversified solutions to enhance the CSS value proposition in collaboration with other service lines and Cencora business units
Supports the pipeline of CSS opportunities, and work with local and global Sales teams to ensure that client interactions convey World Courier’s commitment to serve their needs in alignment with the service line’s capabilities and capacities
Interacts with business development in presenting the company and service capabilities
Fosters experience in the Sales and Marketing team when it comes to the service offering
Works with the Enablement Function to create educational and support material for Sales
Supports the Senior Service Manager by working with sales and marketing teams to design a marketing program for the service line
This will include conference attendance and speaking engagements, as well as input into the development of sales collateral, and other outbound marketing activities, working with Marketing Function to propose and create content material to achieve commercial objectives
Partners with the Legal Functions to ensure successful contractual agreements are put in place before a new account begins to trade
Flexibility and availability to travel as required (less than 15%)

Experience and Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business management or logistics related field required
At least 2 years in clinical trials/health care related experience with a customer facing/commercial background
Requires training in fields such as business administration, health care administration, logistics, sales and marketing, or similar vocations
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
Understanding of ABC policies, philosophy, goals, and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company’s assets
Understanding of healthcare logistics, clinical trial and commercial 3PL operations Strategic thinking skills
Able to generate ideas and opportunities and turn them into successful results
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to intervene, challenge and steer to a productive outcome when differing opinions and priorities
Ability to perform financial planning and budget preparation tasks, as needed
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to follow and interpret profit and loss statements
Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
Experienced in building personal collaborations, networks and teams inside and outside of the organization
Strong customer-service orientation
Able to adapt to change
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to handle unexpected problems under pressure
Working in a matrix environment where influencing skills are key
Able to represent the company in a variety of internal and external settings
Excellent writing, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management skills
