Coordinator Offshore

Clough Wood Joint Venture maximises the life and profitability of our client’s assets by delivering reliable, schedule driven and cost-effective services. The Coordinator Offshore positon is working on the Client’s Bayu-Undan offshore facilities project.

We have an exciting opportunity with an immediate requirement for a Coordinator Offshore, who will be based offshore in Timor Leste on our project site at Bayu Undan.

This role will report to the Onshore Contract Coordinator for up to 12 months on a 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off roster.

As the Coordinator Offshore the main focus is to drive the Suspension of Operations scopes, including scoping, reporting to execution schedules and adapting to change. You will support and guide all resources and execute in line with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

Provide the onshore teams with the necessary support and feedback in the development of activity execution documentation such as work packs and work scope documents Manage materials and logistics movements for all relevant scopes
Develop and maintain daily progress reporting against schedule as required by project team onshore
Maintain site project documentation as directed by the Contract Coordinator Provide guidance, support and coaching to subordinates, discipline trades and operations personnel
Ensure that all deliverables are completed in a timely manner to the required level of accuracy in accordance with client specifications and nominated standards
Liaise, where required, with the client offshore leadership team to ensure appropriate project technical support is always made available At all times adhere to saftey protocals, maintain and uphold company policies, integrity and ensure the same requirements are applied and practiced by all persons reporting to you.

Desired experience and background

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in project coordination and execution within the offshore, petrochemical and maintenance industries Experience in enabling execution success with a multi-cultural workforce Formal engineering qualification or, a Trade Qualification with 10-year industry experience Relevant experience in constructability and scope development Current T/BOSIET Current Safer Together - Industry Safety Induction Competent in MS Office Suite to an intermediate level Good knowledge of maintenance related engineering problems, welding processes and construction processes.
