This role will be responsible for looking for and developing new communication channels & offers to support the channel acquisition goal, identifying the ideal point of contact for each treatment and creating a best in class digital experience. Also it´s important for this role to define a plan for implementation, coordinate resources for execution, identify measures of success and tracking.

Main Responsibilities:

Channel manager support with the planning of the media plan under his/ her scope, communication, monthly A/B Testing  (creative, segmentation, audience optimizations through data,  etc.), A creative and innovative thinker who can manage effectively through evolving strategies while keeping and incentivize the customers best interests in mind Manage projects and pipeline: Run and direct multiple projects, control and oversee the prioritization of projects aligned with strategic priorities. Analyze cardmembers behaviors in order to define the best offer & product mix Monitor best practices from other Markets to define short & long- term strategies to maximize growth while innovate. Manage the relationship with key partners (Google, Facebook), agencies and internal teams looking for new opportunities / partnerships (external and internal) Strong cross-functional partnership is required, including closely working with internal and external partners, media agency, Marketing, Brand, Products Teams, Finance, Legal & Compliance, among others. Work closely with Analytics Team to define marketing & UX testing and enhancements to maximize growth & optimize budgets. Excellent understanding of all products profile & benefits drivers

Key Requirements

Fluent and Advanced English At least 2 years’ experience in digital sales or ecommerce Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Goal oriented and focused on result skills are a must in this position. Strong Interpersonal/influence management skills with the ability to work across business units, executive levels and diverse functions Experience in referral programs, rewards, loyalty programs (nice to have)
