Job overview and responsibilities

Responsible for providing wide ranging personnel dutiesMay include analytical support to the Base / Line Maintenance operationAssists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base/line operation functionsMay provide forecasts of future manpower requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment/utilization of staffing resourcesDevelops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reportsPerform personnel related duties including scanning, filing, make overtime call outs in accordance with local process, maintain payroll, and track attendance in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policyDevelops and maintains statistical data using excel and share point, and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, base/line forecasts, operations, performance, and OSHA dataAssists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base/line operationfunctions utilizing computer generated volume data and base/line math model guidelines May provide forecasts of future manpower requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment/utilization of staffing resources to meet workload requirements to assure efficient cost and performance controlProvide support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel, staffing levels, budget, operations, performance, and OSHAQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):High school diploma or equivalent2 year(s) experience in jobs involving personnel duties, reporting and analytical workProficient in MS office package including extensive knowledge in excelSharepoint knowledgeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
The base pay range for this role is $43,890.00 to $57,188.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
