Four years of experience in a related field. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered. Nature & Purpose of Position Performs highly complex administrative program work for the Center for Building Business Professionals (CBBP) within the College of Business Administration (COBA) with program activities. Primary Responsibilities Oversees the work of assigned program. Provides career advisement to COBA students, information to partner employers and COBA students, and assistance in maintaining center databases, student organization presentations, and classroom presentations. Prepares and reviews reports on the effectiveness of program activities. Prepares program budget requests. Prepares and oversees the preparation of training and operational manuals. Confers with staff on program issues and problems and implements solutions. Plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates programs. Recommends program guidelines, procedures and policies. Interprets policies and rules and ensures they are followed. Assists with development of goals and objectives in alignment with college’s strategic plan. Oversees the work of assigned program student worker. Performs other related duties as assigned. Other Specifications Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws.
