Requisition: 202500239S Occupational Category (Staff Positions Only): Professional Hiring Salary: Monthly-Staff Department: Office of the Dean - College of Education General Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field. Four years of experience in the field of education or in a related field. Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties: Performs highly complex administrative and supervisory program work related to assessment technology support, data management, reporting, and program improvement collaborations. Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only): Serves as primary support person for academic program assessment needs. Creates and maintains tools used for collection and dissemination of student performance and continuous improvement data. Provides technical support on digital platforms as related to course-based and program-based performance data collection and dissemination. Develops and executes protocols and processes for required data reporting. Serves as College Tk20/Watermark LMS administrator. Customize field and clinical forms within Watermark platform. Prepares and supports the preparation of data reports as needed. Serves as liaison between the College of Education and institutional information technology staff and Watermark. Prepares and oversees the preparation of training and operational manuals. Designs and delivers trainings and presentations on digital platforms and data collection tools. Develops processes for and facilitates the collection, organization, and dissemination of data for internal and external accountability and compliance needs. Oversees work of assigned program staff. Prepares and reviews reports on the effectiveness of program activities. Performs other related duties as assigned.
