**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
Associate's degree or equivalent; 3 years related experience.
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
To manage activities for a project or program.
**JOB DUTIES:**
+ Process incoming TCHATT referrals, including consents, guardianship documents, and scheduling.
+ Manage EPIC schedules to ensure accurate appointment scheduling for TCHATT patients.
+ Verify all patient demographics and enter the information into the Trayt data management system.
+ Maintain TCHATT referral logs and appointment data.
+ Answer TCHATT calls while multitasking to schedule appointments and assist callers with their needs.
+ Serve as an information resource for patients, clinicians, team members, and school personnel by providing accurate information.
+ Help troubleshoot any issues related to patient appointments.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining calm and finding solutions in stressful situations.
+ Assist in training and mentoring new employees.
+ Responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge in patient registration activities.
+ Proficiency in EPIC.
+ Provide exceptional customer service.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Show the ability to work independently.
+ Complete other program duties as assigned.
**SALARY RANGE:**
Commensurate with experience.
