**Coordinator I – Prior Authorization & Appeals** Pay Rate: $15 - 15.13/hr Schedule: Assigned 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT (Mon–Fri) Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT (2 weeks) Location: Remote (U.S. only – must meet home office requirements) **Key Responsibilities** + Review and maintain compliance with ERISA, CMS, Medicaid, and client policies + Perform non-clinical prior authorization and appeal activities accurately and efficiently + Support team goals and business unit objectives under Clinical Supervisor guidance + Maintain confidentiality and compliance in all workflows **Requirements** + Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required) + Experience: 6 months–1 year of data entry experience + Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM (typing assessment required) + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel + Ability to read and type in English + Must have a private home office with a door and be hardwired (no Wi-Fi) + Comfortable with camera on during work hours if requested **Training Details** + Duration: 2 weeks + Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (Mon–Fri) + After training: Assigned schedule between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST (Mon–Fri) + Candidates will work in CST, but can adjust to local time zone after training Apply today by submitting your updated resume, typing assessment screenshot, and internet speed test Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
