About the Role
We’re hiring a Client Services Coordinator to support the execution of digital advertising campaigns. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate digital ad campaigns with guidance from the Client Services Manager
Assist in media planning and campaign setup for Disney+
Monitor campaign performance and flag issues
Support trafficking, reporting, and order entry
Collaborate with internal teams for timely execution
Provide administrative support (invoicing, documentation)
Help improve internal processes and workflows
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in digital advertising (agency, publisher, or ad tech)
Strong knowledge of the Portuguese digital media landscape
Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and trading desks
Experience with video, display, and CTV campaigns
Understanding of data privacy regulations in advertising
Proficiency in campaign tracking, VAST tags, and ad verification tools
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent professional experience
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
