Under limited supervision, provides support to the assigned division(s) by performing a wide variety of coordinator functions such as organizing and maintaining documents, coordinating engagement activities and communicating necessary information.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives assignments in the form of results expected, due dates, and general procedures to be followed.Maintains filing system for assigned division(s) by scanning, filing, labeling, sorting, storing, destroying and overall managing documents in accordance with the Document Retention Program and acting as the division(s) Document Retention Coordinator.Composes, types, and posts a variety of correspondence such as postings, letters, documents, memos, or reports, as the local coordinator of communications, including administratively supporting managements decisions with corrective action/discipline issues.Collects, sorts, and distributes division mail, as well as collects and deposits mail.Copies a variety of materials as necessary; collects and distributes payroll for division.Makes arrangements for meetings, seminars, and other special services to include typing meeting notices, communication and implementation.Assists with the development of materials for various Board and Executive staff presentations.Maintains departments processing, tracking, and reporting on various division invoices or reports.Responsible for the distribution of literature, gifts, apparel, refreshments, supplies, and awards as needed by the division(s).Works closely with the Engagement team to organize and implement local meetings, events, and recognitions for their assigned division(s).Performs other related duties as assigned.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works in an environment where there is exposure to dust, noise, or temperature.
