Job Overview:

Administrative Coordinator will collaborate with manager to maintain and perform monthly required tasks. Administrative Coordinator will develop needed guidelines, standards, procedures and policies; perform monthly outcome analysis. Position requires ability to work independently, problem solve, concentrate on details, prioritize and follow through with all established guidelines. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors.

Qualifications:

Required:

High School/GED DiplomaThree to twelve months prior experience in data entry in an office environment and word processing/data processingFamiliar with Microsoft Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)

Preferred:

Clerical/secretarial skills and experience preferredMedical Terminology and statistical background preferred Familiar with software systems in medical field (e.g. PowerChart, Lantis, Affinity, Progeny)

Scheduling Requirements:

Full Time DayMonday - Friday8am - 4:30pm
