We're hiring a Workplace Experience Coordinator! In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert for key workplace initiatives and ensure workplace experience supports cultural objectives of the Match Group brands.
This role is onsite 5 days a week in Dallas, TXIn this role you will:Provide on-site support running the day to day operation of our Dallas, TX HQ, focused on providing best in class support for our employeesManage the food and beverage program, including catered lunches on core days (Tue-Thur), on-site barista, inventory and ordering of pantry itemsSupport all Dallas employee experience perks and programs, including office supplies, wellness offerings, workplace eventsSupport communications around employee experience and amenities initiativesCollaborate with fellow members of the PREWF (Protect, Real Estate, Workplace, Facilities) team, aligning on workplace initiatives and processesPartner with various vendors (snacks, catering, janitorial, events) to support in-person workplace servicesDraft, update and manage office announcements and communicationsBuild relationships with key partners (EAs and team leaders), cross functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, DEI) and external vendorsCoordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipmentVerify final invoice pricing and processing payments in a timely mannerProvide support for meetings including coordination, scheduling, set up and maintaining communicationsAssist as needed with space planning tasks such as: New Hire desk set up, move request coordination, and space auditsWe could be a match if: You have overseen front of house activities such as: visitor and security management, mailroom and deliveries, and office supply managementYou have a background in catering or food and beverage managementYou thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are able to make critical decisions on the spotYou have strong relationship management skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse set of stakeholdersYou have strong project management and time management skills along with strong verbal and written communication skillsYou are able to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable dealing with sensitive informationYou have strong communication skills and the ability to manage and draft office communicationsYou have proven organizational skills, managing multiple work streams and projectsYou have a customer focused attitude - ensuring consistently high quality resolutionsYou have financial and budget experience; including sourcing/procuring goods or services and following procurement best practicesWhat's the team like?
