POSITION SUMMARY:
The Coordinator, Public Relations will assist the Resort’s Public Relations Manager with the organization and coordination of various events and PR projects.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists Manager PR in creating and maintaining activity calendars and producing key event materialWorks with external communications partners to prepare, review, and edit public relations materialContributes to projects related to Melco Corporate activities such as Corporate Social ResponsibilityCoordinates and organizes interview requests, influencer, and journalist visits, launch eventsWorks with agencies to create reports on public relations tactics and competitor activityHandle media relations, drafts content for newsletters & press releasesCoordinates media events and host media and influencersQUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism or MarketingSkills
Excellent Command of English and Greek both written and verbalMulti-tasker that can work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and qualityTeam player able to work with all levels within the organisationStrong time management and project management skillsStrong computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
