**Let’s talk about the role!**
As Omni-Channel Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Eastpak and JanSport marketing teams by bringing local marketing plans to life across key markets. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll help ensure our brand presence is strong, consistent, and impactful — both online and in-store.
In this role, you will:
+ Plan & Track Campaigns: support the full campaign lifecycle — from early planning and goal setting to tracking performance and results with key retail partners.
+ Coordinate Day-to-Day Activities: help roll out marketing initiatives across various partners and platforms, ensuring smooth execution and consistency across all touchpoints.
+ Support Brand Growth in Retail: assist with marketing and PR activities that strengthen our retail presence, always keeping our brand identity front and centre.
**How You Will Make a Difference**
You will achieve this by:
+ **Collaborate Cross-Functionally** Work closely with the Senior Channel Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing Managers to align and execute strategies across regions.
+ **Drive Omni-Channel Growth** Contribute to the development and execution of localized omni-channel marketing plans that drive growth and enhance brand equity with key wholesale partners.
+ **Enhance Brand Visibility** Support visual merchandising efforts and ensure brand guidelines are upheld across retail environments.
+ **Coordinate Marketing Tools & Assets** Manage the delivery and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of requests.
+ **Support International Alignment** Participate in international sales and marketing meetings, including GTM sessions, product previews, global PR days, and monthly EMEA calls.
+ **Monitor & Report Performance** Compile regular reports (monthly, quarterly, seasonal) to provide insights into campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
+ **Adapt & Assist** Be ready to jump in and support the broader marketing team with additional tasks as needed.
**Skills for Success**
We’re looking for someone who has:
+ A proven experience working abroad and/or in an international professional environment. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to collaborate across cultures and communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
+ A creative eye and strong attention to detail — you take pride in your work.
+ A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
+ A strong English communication skills.
+ The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A formal education (Bachelor’s or master’s in marketing/business) is a plus, but we’re most interested in your experience, mindset, and what you’ve achieved so far.
