A successful Staffing Coordinator should be able to communicate efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met, and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment. **Job Description:** ​ **Job Responsibilities** (listed in order of importance and/or time spent) + Investigate pharmacies staffing needs and take action to staff accordingly + Schedule, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy + Work with other staff members to fulfill the needs of patients and nurses’ schedules + Identify hard to fill schedules and take proactive actions + Possess excellent communication and written skills to effectively speak to employees, patients and pharmacies + Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations + Update nurses’ calendars daily **Supervisory Responsibilities** Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
