JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Sports is looking for a Marketing, Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. We’re looking for a smart, dedicated, go-getter ready to become a superstar in the FOX Sports marketing department. The Coordinator, Marketing will report to and work closely with our President of Marketing. You’ll use your strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with the daily operation of the organization.

The Coordinator, Marketing will work with team members across the marketing department and beyond, so strongly developed written and verbal communication skills are crucial. Excellent time management skills will be important as the Coordinator, Marketing will be called on to improve both the efficiency of the department and manage the time of the department president. Your ability to organize, plan, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively will be essential tools in this role.

In addition to managing the president's daily agenda, calls, meetings, travel, and expenses, the Coordinator, Marketing will assist in vetting vendors and individuals looking to meet and pitch services to marketing department leaders. You’ll assist department leaders in coordinating, monitoring, and tracking key projects and communications that cross the desk of the president of marketing. Researching and briefing the president in advance of key meetings, calls, and conferences will be a great window into foundational issues at the senior level of the company, and you’ll help guide department-wide organizational efforts to identify, and implement, processes that improve department communication and efficiencies.

Manage Marketing President's daily agenda, calls, meetings, travel, and expensesServe as liaison with staff and internal/external stakeholders regarding project updates and planningMaintain the executive daily agenda to ensure all projects are on-task and on timeResearch and prep points for executive-level meetingsMeet and collaborate with internal department heads to understand their needs and strategize solutionsDevelop and build relationships across the company on behalf of the marketing teamParticipate in executive-level research and execution for future Fox Sports Marketing creative or administrative planningMediate relationships and information between the team, partners, and vendorsAssess and aid department needs for communication and work-process improvements


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-29.81 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
