This highly administrative and detail-oriented professional supports the Learning & Development team in delivering impactful training experiences across the organization. In this role, the Coordinator will operate with a high degree of independence under general supervision, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive execution of development initiatives. From managing logistics to supporting program delivery, this position is essential to creating meaningful learning opportunities for our teammates. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, energetic individual with exceptional organizational skills and a genuine passion for helping others grow. **Your Impact** **Program & Course Administration** • Coordinate logistics and administrative support for training courses. • Lead the administration of the Mentoring and Onboarding Programs. • Upload courses to the LMS, track attendance, and generate post-completion reports for participants and facilitators. • Manage communications and follow-ups for global core and leadership development programs. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and external vendors to oversee participant engagement, communications, and certifications processes. **Learning Systems & Tools** • Maintain the L&D team’s SharePoint site and ensure digital files are organized and accessible. • Create and maintain course banners within the LMS. • Manage the Talent Development Teams Channel, keeping content is current and relevant. **Assessment & Survey Management** • Support the administration of leadership and team effectiveness assessments. • Create and manage surveys to evaluate training effectiveness and participant feedback. **Procurement & Financial Administration** • Create and monitor vendor purchase orders (PO’s). • Process and track invoices for program expenses. • Cross-check PO’s and invoices against budget to ensure accuracy and appropriate spend allocation. **Essential Duties** • Coordinate Armour U programming schedules in partnership with regional and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with the Communications team to execute global course communication strategies. • Partner with Inclusion & Belonging team and HRBPs to align programming with target audience needs. • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives as needed. • Perform additional administrative tasks to support the Talent Development team. **Qualifications** **Education & Experience** • Bachelor’s degree required. • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning & Development, or a related administrative role. • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration is a plus, SuccessFactors preferred. • Strong administrative background preferred. **Skills & Competencies** • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills preferred. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. • Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering responsive, solution-oriented support to internal stakeholders and program participants. • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion. • Demonstrated passion for learning and development, aligned with UA’s values. • Skilled at using data to uncover trends, solve problems, and support informed choices. **Workplace Location** + **Location:** This individual must reside within commuting distance from our **Baltimore, MD** office. + **Work Schedule:** 4 days per week in office, the remaining day working from home **Relocation** + No relocation provided **Base Compensation** **$23.31 - $32.05** **USD per hour** Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
