**Your New Role…**
Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Coordinator, Internal Communications. This role’s primary focus is supporting internal communications deliverables through content creation and execution, owning multiple communication and engagement tools and programs across the WBD Global Streaming Org. This role reports into Director, Internal Communications.
**Your Role Accountabilities…**
+ Support internal communications deliverables for Global Streaming team
+ Plan employee communications in partnership with Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement team, and P&C leads
+ Track and manage progress with internal comms initiatives and events such as department Town Halls, Q&As, in-office employee events, weekly corporate newsletter, surveys, etc.
+ Manage numerous distribution lists for the Streaming org
+ Drive engagement on collaborative employee communications platforms, including Workplace and Slack
+ Educate employees by highlighting the incredible work happening across our org
+ Create and own ad hoc engagement projects and ongoing fun employee communications series
+ Draft copy for Town Hall invitations and departmental comms as needed
+ Partner closely with Platforms, Corporate Events, and Employee Engagement teams on planning and execution of comms needs
+ Partner with Employee Engagement teams and own LA-based office celebrations
+ Support and own occasional special projects
**Qualifications and Experience…**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field strongly preferred
+ 2-3 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations or related Media field required
+ Experience with executive communications and executive message development, and event planning and coordination preferred
+ Previous experience in developing and implementing web-based communications, graphic design and layout, video editing, or smartphone app-based content creation a plus
+ Excellent written, verbal, presentation and problem-solving skills required
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery of quality content required
+ Experience with Salesforce a plus
+ Must be passionate about creating clear and engaging communications and an exceptional employee experience
+ Must be a team player, with the ability to adapt to a variety of situations and work effectively with stakeholders across the company

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
