How you will contribute to our magical experience:
As a Trilingual Coordinator in our Global Business Operations team, you'll be at the heart of our international efforts. Based in Brazil, the ideal candidate will provide critical support to the organization's global operations, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple regions and departments. This role is essential in driving seamless collaboration between our teams in Latin America, North America, and other international locations.

You will be responsible for:

Act as the key liaison connecting our Brazil office with other global locations, ensuring cross-regional alignment and collaboration.

Coordinate and support meetings, events, and projects across time zones and languages.

Translate documents, presentations and communications fluently in English, Portuguese and Spanish to ensure clarity and cultural resonance.

Track global business initiatives, timelines, and deliverables — and keep stakeholders informed with clear updates.

Provide essential administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing for leadership.

Collaborate with teams in content, marketing, sales and operations to ensure unified execution of business goals.

Assist with vendor management and financial tracking, helping to keep budgets in sync and policies in check.

Bring proactive solutions to challenges in global operations, always one step ahead.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

Full professional fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish — both written and spoken.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in coordination, operations or project management roles, ideally in a global context.

Sharp organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.

Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural fluency to work across diverse teams and geographies.

Comfort with collaboration tools like Teams, Slack, Asana and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus points for experience with vendor processes and budget tracking.
