The Coordinator, Gifting Controller - A&F is responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end operations of our brand’s gifting programs. This role is essential in ensuring our gifting initiatives—whether for influencers, VIPs, internal stakeholders, or customers —are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with brand strategy and budget. You will serve as the central point for planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and financial oversight for all marketing gifting activities across channels.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?
Own the full lifecycle of gifting programs, including planning, budgeting, sourcing, inventory control, distribution, and post-campaign reporting. Work cross-functionally with brand, influencer, social, creative, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of all gifting initiatives. Maintain accurate records of gifting activity, recipients, campaign timelines, and product allocations.Collaborate with asset protection, finance and procurement to ensure appropriate controls, cost tracking, and compliance with corporate policies. Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and fulfillment centers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of gifting packages. Develop and manage centralized tools or platforms to track gifting status, shipping, and performance metrics. Ensure all gifting is brand-right—from packaging to personalization—and reflects the brand’s tone, values, and customer experience standards.What Do You Need To Bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or related experience 0-2+ years of experience in Marketing Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills High attention to detail, organization, and time management Experience in a fast paced, multi-channel retail environment is a preferred Highly motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environmentOur Company
