Job DescriptionThe Coordinator, Development will provide administrative support to three executives who oversee unscripted development for Bravo and Peacock. This individual will serve as a department liaison by communicating with internal divisions, as well as with the external business and creative community.

Manage heavy phones, calendar, and contacts for executivesManage expenses and coordinate travel Interface with creative executives, agents, producers, production companies, and talent on a regular basis, always ensuring professionalism and great customer service Track internal documentsTrack multiple productions and corresponding calendarsArrange new series kick-off meetings and returning series distributionsTrack indemnity and insurance and production paymentsComplete other creative and administrative duties as assignedQualificationsBasic Requirements
2+ years of experience in Television ProgrammingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookDesired Characteristics

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
