Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

NBCUniversal’s Creative Partnerships Team is the creative hub of NBCU’s Advertising and Partnerships team. The team develops and executes multi-network, multi-platform creative marketing, media, and content solutions for advertisers. 
 
We combine world-class creative with the power of our portfolio and iconic IP to offer a premium one-stop shop for brand partners.

Enjoys variety in projects including strategic thinking, presentation development, and meeting/event coordination 

Has a passion for entertainment, culture, and technology 

Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving 

Interested in learning about the company and industry, at large  

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel booking, and expense processing 

Coordinate internal and external meetings with high-level executives – directly, or with their offices  

Organize monthly team meetings including administrative areas and supporting materials 

Design/create decks for internal and external use, as needed 

Build positive relationships with the team and across the organization  

Assist with additional projects and perform other duties as required 

Attend internal team meetings and client calls and provide strategic notes 

Qualifications

1-2 years of work experience 

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 

Strong interpersonal skills and positive, “can do” attitude 

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva a plus! 

Experience with travel and expense software 

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines 

Resourceful problem solver with initiative 

Requirements: 

Work overtime, and weekends with short notice 

Must be 18 years or older 

Must be willing to work hybrid onsite in New York 

Desired Characteristics: 

Prior experience supporting senior executives, preferred 

Prior experience in advertising, media, or entertainment industries 

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects 

Strong problem-solving and communication skills 

Excellent writing and attention to detail 

Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information 

Grace under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills 

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000
