Coordinator, CPU Staffing
Job Brief

The coordinator of CP Staffing role is responsible for supporting human resources functions, scheduling employees, and assisting with payroll and billing for the CP Staffing Temporary Agency.

Shift Worked: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Weekly Hours: 37.5 FLSA Status: Non Exempt Pay range: $25.64-$28.21

DUTIES:

Maintain knowledge of all HR related laws and guidelines.Provides overall administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining and processing documentation and records.Manage new employee on-boarding process including background checks, orientation, and various other compliance.Processes new hires and changes in employee’s employment into the HRIS platforms.Updates HRIS with employee documents, degrees and licenses.Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and concerns.Conduct initial interviews for direct care positions.Work with program staffing coordinators to schedule shifts for CP Staffing employees.Work with billing team to ensure hours are tracked correctly for internal billing and employee payroll.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s DegreePreferably 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare or home care industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Performs all job responsibilities in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
