1. Optimization of education and training system and process
2. Regularly review and revise the relevant measures for education and training to ensure that the system meets the needs of organizational development and laws and regulations.
3. Establish a training quality management mechanism to improve training effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
4. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) revision and education promotion
5. Cooperate with the needs of the department, revise and optimize the relevant SOP documents.
6. Plan the content of SOP education and training to ensure that employees have a correct understanding and execution of the operation standards.
7. Formulation and implementation of annual training plan, including three main training axes:
a. Newcomer training. b. Annual recertification. c. Seed Training Program.
8. Training data management and effect tracking:
a. Maintain a complete training schedule, course records, student attendance and assessment information.
b. Analyze the training results and put forward suggestions for improvement, and continue to improve the training effectiveness.
1. College degree or above in education and training, human resources or related fields.
2. More than 2 years of experience in internal training or education and training is preferred.
3. Familiar with training course design, teaching skills and training effectiveness evaluation methods.
4. Good communication and cross-departmental coordination skills, able to work independently and have team spirit.
5. Familiar with Excel, PPT and basic data analysis skills.
