1.Administer HR plans and procedures that relate to company and client requiements.
2.Manage the leave and attendance record for th contingent workers and perform monthly checking on payroll and invoice from manpower agencies.
3.Maintain close relationship with th manpower agencies and able to onboard new manpower agencies to fulfill the manpower needs of the client.
4.Review and develop the SOP for all the human resources work procedures in Taichung to achieve operation efficiency and align with the company practices.
5.Ensure al the HR operation practices are in line with the compliance.
1.Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience.
2.Highly agile, able to multi-task and wrk independently.
3.Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
4.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
