Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025. Reporting to the SVP, Client Partnerships, working closely with VP and Manager Client Partnerships, the Coordinator will help support the Client Partnerships team by creating, tracking, and managing materials, proposals and presentations for our leading clients across the NBCUniversal portfolio. Position will work closely with internal NBCU Ad Sales teams (Sales, Planning, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, Research, Strategy) and support the day-to-day efforts to develop advertising client-focused efforts designed to drive revenue and grow our clients’ businesses. Duties and Responsibilities + Coordinator will support work across multiple categories and accounts including Tech, Telecommunications, Movie Studios, Finance, Insurance and Auto. + Administrative responsibilities such as scheduling meetings, capturing detailed but succinct meeting notes, and distributing client recaps to internal stakeholders + Maintain organization and accessibility of shared documents and files by managing the team’s SharePoint structure and content + Prepare and update internal tracking documents, including status reports, executive business overviews, partnership recaps, relationship mapping, and other key internal documents  + Prepare and organize all spend data to support internal Client Team projects and external meeting prep + Assist with creating, developing and managing client materials, proposals and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders + Proactively provide marketplace intelligence on assigned accounts and categories (for example: latest news, earnings reports, exec interviews, client conferences) + Develop comprehensive knowledge of the NBCUniversal portfolio and be able to seamlessly link our cross-platform opportunities to leading clients in the marketplace + Communicate effectively with Client Leads, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Research, Strategy and other teams as needed to support the clients’ business Basic Requirements: + BA/BS or equivalent experience + Minimum of 2 years of experience (including internships) at an agency, media company, sales organization or similar organization Desired Characteristics: + Strong strategic thinking skills as well as organizational skills + Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously + Ability to develop strong relationships with management and editorial teams + Excellent writing skills including presentation development + Familiarity with the development and execution of advertising partnerships + Strong interpersonal skills - with internal and external clients + Thorough knowledge of Microsoft suite and presentation proficiencies Additional Requirements: Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
