You’ll collaborate cross-functionally in support of our brand managers, creative teams, merchandising, and external partners to bring The North Face’s seasonal and evergreen marketing strategies to life. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the outdoor industry and eager to grow within a dynamic brand marketing environment. You’ll support product storytelling and ensure alignment across global and regional marketing efforts. From strategic planning to hands-on execution, your contributions will span everything from content development to sample coordination and vendor communications. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. + **_Campaign Development Support_** _: Assist in the creation of seasonal and evergreen marketing briefs by compiling insights and preparing presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders._ + **_Sample Coordination_** _: Manage seasonal product sample orders and sample logistics for photoshoots, activations, and industry relationships._ + **_Budget & Vendor Management:_** _Track project budgets, manage invoices, and coordinate with creative agencies and production vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution._ + **_General Brand Support:_** _Jump in on ad hoc brand initiatives, including event activations, product launches, and internal brand education efforts._ **What do you need to succeed?** We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience within a global organization and a strong understanding of the outdoor industry.
