RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Apoyar en entrenar operadores en distintas operaciones.• Asegurarse que el operador a completo al 100% su aprendizaje en la estación de trabajo y seguimiento de su certificación.• Trabajar junto con el coordinador de entrenamiento para la actualización de la matriz de entrenamiento.• Dar acceso a los nuevos empleados en las estaciones donde están certificados.•Mantenimiento VKS.• Coordinar la certificación anual de los técnicos eléctricos y brazing del área, en coordinación  con producción, entrenamiento y calidad.• Administrar log de Entrenamiento y re certificación de la línea, así como también en ELL. • Coordinar corridas pilotos.• Responsable revisar los billetes de materiales para nuevos modelos • Coordinar los cambios de ingeniería.• Dar de alta nuevos números de parte en MWB. • Asegurarse de subir y/o actualizar los dibujos de los modelos en Workbench.• Actualizar notas de los billetes de materiales en Workbench
