Perform, design & execute end-to-end digital operating data with external sources to built around key Fraud detection Coordinators journeys and needs; simplify business processes via data workflow analysis and process rationalization-driven solutions; support delivery of efficiency and quality for business processes and capabilities.

 

Responsibilities 

Perform  External Sources capability models to facilitate MVP´s data input taxonomy, grouping, representation and analysis of business activities/processes across claims and share this optimization to key functional players (UW, Commercial, OPS) Iterate the current data processes with key players share the best practices and findings according the data monitoring to upload as AMIS SAP, TUA, CARFAX Review false positive root cause analysis using appropriate tools(for instance internal Data logs), identify triggers, collect and analyze relevant data, isolate root causes, and design elimination strategies including false positives Design and support execution proofs of concept  Ensure target & KPI processes and exception-based workflows are followed, controlled, and systematically tested Support conversion of  data KPI operating models and business processes into user stories, business rules, and other “call to action”
