Use Your Power for Purpose

Responsible for coordinating, guiding, and supporting the analysis of information and obligations related to treasury and insurance routines, including cash management, monthly bank and investment closing, import and export exchange closing, relationship with banks and brokers, insurance contracting, supporting audit deliveries, managing Purchase Orders and area contracts in accordance with internal guidelines and current legislation, as well as participating in local and regional projects.

What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Support in the analysis of cash forecast for active and dormant LEs and monitor monthly cash flow results.Support in the preparation and submission of registration documentation to financial institutions (banks and brokers), regarding the update of power of attorney, signature cards, articles of incorporation, and personal documentation of legal representatives.Support in the management of intercompany payables and receivables through the ERP SAP system.Knowledge and support in the quotation and analysis of bank guarantee processes, as well as surety insurance to meet government, fiscal, and judicial demands.Support audit demands.Support in the management of contracts and POs.Prepare management reports to provide information and support the decision-making process.Interact with other areas of the company to collect, provide information, and clarify doubts.Support and meet the demands of corporate treasury, according to established guidelines.Develop and monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) for the treasury team.

Controllership and Insurance:

Support in the management of contracts and Purchase Orders.Support in the payment of global program insurance (International and National Travel, Clinical Trials, and General Liability).Knowledge and contracting of insurance managed by the Treasury (Property whosaler, Property for the company, National Transportation, Import and Export, D&O, D&O Pension, RCG - Events).Management of claims for the above insurance products.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related areas.Experience: 5 to 10 years.Proven track record in managing accounting or finance teams within complex, global settingsAdept at navigating multiple levels and functionsDemonstrated leadership abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills;Ability to work in both Portuguese and English fluently, both written and spoken

Master's degreeRelevant pharmaceutical experienceSAP 4/HanaHyperion Financial Management skillsDemonstrated skills in IT, including MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPointExperience in leading cross-functional teamsAbility to influence without authorityFluency in Spanish will be a differential
