What the day will look like + Dealing with Property and Engineering claims, seeking adequate compensation and advances for clients, building solid relationships between all stakeholders; + Developing proactive strategies for resolving processes, ensuring adequate treatment for Aon clients' claims + Developing training for clients and also providing in-house training when necessary; + Ensuring that the necessary data is entered into the system for the correct management of processes and to guarantee the quality of information (your own claims as well as those of the team); + Identifying and sharing insights into actionable claims and lessons learned through alerts to the technical team; + Encouraging the team to constantly seek improvement in processes and ensuring delivery of existing SLAs in the area, including credit claims; + Supporting the relationship team; + Keep claims management and internal areas aware of potential losses and process developments; + Seek technical and behavioral development + Understand, develop and appropriately use claims key performance indicators and other data to monitor performance + Prepare presentations and other necessary demands for customers and the internal team; + Focus on continuous improvement of the customer experience + Teamwork, especially seeking integration and direction of the team, to support the Manager.
