Ensure the performance of the activities of the engineers/analysts/technicians of factory quality, through the monitoring of internal and external indicators, monitoring of SACs regarding problems in customers and follow-up meetings with the team, in order to guarantee the achievement of the planned results.

• Gestão da equipe de trabalho;

• Gestão da performance de qualidade de fornecedores;

• Suporte técnico às áreas de Usinagem e Montagem;

• Suporte para as atividades de Compras, no desenvolvimento de novos fornecedores;

• Liderança/suporte de projetos de melhoria contínua;

• Promoção, disseminação e garantia do comportamento seguro e cuidados com o meio ambiente para equipe de trabalho.

 

Requisitos do cargo:

• Superior concluído em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;

• Inglês Avançado;

• Sólidos conhecimentos na área de Qualidade de Fornecedores;

• Experiência em auditorias internas de sistema da qualidade e processo;

• Domínio IATF 16949

• Sólidos conhecimentos em ferramentas como: APQP, FMEA, PPAP, VDA 6.3, 5 S e PDCA.
