Responsibilities:
*Pack cookies into clamshell containers with attention to quality and presentation

*Operate on manual and automatic packing lines (auto tray clamshell loader) as needed

*Maintain a clean and stocked workstation throughout the shift

Inform the Packing Lead of any defects in products or packaging materials

*Work alongside a moving conveyor belt to efficiently and accurately pack cookies

*Rotate workstations to reduce repetitive motion injuries

*Meet production goals of packing 4???5 clamshells per minute

*Lift and place full clamshells consistently (at least 5 times per minute)

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
*Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment

*Experience with automated packaging equipment

*Strong attention to detail and accuracy

*Ability to work efficiently and safely as part of a team

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
*High School Diploma or GED

*Ability to stand for prolonged periods (8+ hours) on a concrete floor

*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive task environment

*Good hand-eye coordination

*Ability to lift and perform physical tasks as required

*Must be reliable and able to follow instructions under supervision
