THE JOB:
As an on-call Cook at The Henry in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you’ll play a starring role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests by presenting them with WOW moments. This is an opportunity to bring your culinary expertise to a setting that values precision, skill, and creativity.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.8725 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Prepare and execute dining menu items with precision and consistency.

Work a variety of cook stations from sautéing to grilling orders. 

Create certain dishes from scratch such as the fresh pastas and sauces.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while ensuring all dishes meet our high-quality standards.

Collaborate with the culinary team and leadership to create memorable dining experiences.

Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques.

Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Cook.

Formal Culinary training a plus.
