THE JOB:

Luchini inside MGM Grand is seeking a skilled Cook to bring culinary expertise and a warm, welcoming presence to our guests. You’ll apply your techniques with precision while helping create memorable experiences, turning each interaction into a “WOW” moment that guests will carry long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $26.0483 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Apply culinary skills with strong food knowledge and precise plate presentation

Safely operate kitchen equipment and maintain supplies

Label and date products to ensure safety and sanitation

Prepare sauces, stocks, and soups while supporting kitchen operations

Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1+ year of experience as a Cook

Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
