THE JOB:

As a Cook at Jia, you’ll bring skill and speed to one of the most dynamic kitchens on property. Our four-diamond Asian Fusion restaurant is known for bold flavors, elegant presentation, and unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll be at the heart of it all. From intricately plated dishes to fast-paced service, your role helps bring the menu to life. This is a high-volume, high-standard kitchen where every plate tells a story. Step into the spotlight at Jia and cook at the pace of excellence.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.55

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards.

Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas.

Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures.

Demonstrate deep knowledge of fine dining culinary techniques

Practice seafood handling skills and shuck oysters as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Is 18+ years of age

Preferably has 2+ years of culinary experience in a line cook setting

Preferably experienced in Fry, Saute, Grill and other stations around the kitchen
