AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Woodlawn is seeking an applicant for a Full-time Cold Prep/Cook position. Great starting rate of $16.50/hr with continual opportunities to make more money as soon as 30 days from start date.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide quality food products consistently by following directions and adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep production consistent to our standards and to set a positive example for the shift team Have a desire to learn and grow. Follow AVI operational policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times. Maintain and foster positive and professional working relationships Other duties and responsibilities as necessary Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Contributes to positive team environment Follows AVI operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, food handling, and safety.

Must have at least 1 year of kitchen experience Required to follow and give written and verbal instructions Ability to learn quickly and work well independently Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed Ability to work as part of a team

Qualifications

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
