THE STARTING RATE:  $17.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Provide safety and protection for guests, employees, and company propertyUphold law and order at conventions in coordination with local law enforcementAct as a First Responder in emergency situationsEscort and assist employees involved in cash control following established proceduresAnswer guest questions and provide accurate information about facilities, attractions, shops, and food and beverage locations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be 18 years of age or olderSix (6) months of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort settingExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersAbility to learn, demonstrate proficiency and effectively use defensive tactics and report writing skillsMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
