Channel Strategy Manager – Convenience
The Channel Strategy team leads strategic planning and execution for all channels and customers. As a Channel Strategy Manager for Convenience, you will play a large role in the strategy, planning and communication to our National Retail Sales and DSD Franchise teams for the DSD Cold portfolio within the Convenience channel. The ideal candidate understands that true value creation, both for our customers and the company, is built upon a long-term, shared vision of growth that is grounded in consumer and shopper needs/occasions and informed by leading edge category and channel insights. This individual will work seamlessly across multiple functions within Keurig Dr Pepper to develop actions and implement recommended strategies. We are looking for a team player who has strong problem solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive and own a project from start to finish.
Position location: Frisco, TX (Hybrid role 3 days in the office, 2 days work-from-home)
Responsibilities:
Play a leadership role in the Convenience channel and customer commercial strategy for KDP’s DSD Cold portfolio of brands, including partnership brands, working with our most valued retail partnersWork seamlessly across multiple internal and external functions including Brand, Category Commercialization, Partners, Revenue Growth Management, Omnichannel, Category Management and Route-to-MarketPartner cross-functionally to develop category, brand and/or initiative specific selling stories with leading-edge consumer, shopper and category insights to be delivered at our annual National Sales Meeting and ongoing throughout the yearSupport Joint Business Plans and other strategic meetings by providing analytic and commercial thought leadership support to the sales teamLead strategy behind increasing share objectives within the Convenience channelServe as the KDP DSD Cold Portfolio subject matter expert and commercial lead in cross functional planning meetingsEfficiently prioritize time across assigned Convenience customers to ensure the KDP DSD Cold initiative selling stories are flawlessly executed, on time, for each respective customer and buyerDeliver against annual and long-term KPI’s including base brand acceleration, successful innovation sell-in and expansion, distribution, share while achieving revenue and profit growth targetsLeverage Circana, retailer shopper card data, Numerator and proprietary tools and research to develop best-in-class insights and selling storiesTotal Rewards:

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; MBA preferred5+ years of experience in Retail Buyer, Customer Sales, Commercial and/or Category Management in a CPG companyAbility to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional groupsExceptional analytical capabilities utilizing Circana, customer shopper data or similar programsProven ability to develop and implement strategic frameworks for an organizationAbility to take programs from concept to executionStrong written and verbal communications skillsStrong project management experienceHigh proficiency with all Microsoft Office platformsTeam player with a “can do” attitude
