In this role, you will be installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical components of machines and assets in our mill facility, in accordance with our reliability strategy and site safety standards. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s commitment to pioneering and upholding World Class Best Maintenance practices at a global level and applying those standards to safely produce premium Bath, Facial, and Household paper products right here in Tulsa, OK.

Work Schedule:

Day Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day, with 30-minute paid relief period included

Typical start time is between 6:30am – 7:00am

No forced Overtime

About You

As a person, you’re a flexible thinker, a motivated fixer – someone who is always taking initiative to solve problems, make things better and respectfully engage others along the journey with you. To be a successful Technician at Kimberly-Clark requires understanding of basic design and development processes, application, and troubleshooting skills to build, test, and support equipment for manufacturing and converting of consumer health and hygiene products.  You are able to demonstrate your previous experience, you work best under pressure, and you deliver high value to your team by owning issues through resolution, exercising strong situational judgement and favoring a proactive vs. reactive approach to equipment maintenance, while being flexible (in both mindset and practice) and working collaboratively with them toward team goals.

General Qualifications:

Starting Hourly Wage: $35.97 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year.  You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
