Experience with PLC programming with Allen Bradley/Rockwell software- RS Logix 5000/Studio 5000 of assembly welding linesExperience with Allen Bradley and Siemens HMI programming.Knowledge of resistance welding, electrical standards, and latest safety standardsBasis knowledge of robot programming and communication with PLC.Observe standards set out by MDVEnsure that job is completed on time and functioning safely.Perform assigned tasks in a safe manner and know how to properly lock out all energy sources, including stored energyKnow what types of Personal Protective Equipment are required for the jobs in your area and always use them properlyConsult your Manager/supervisor if you are not 100% sure of how to perform tasks in a safe mannerEnsure that your work area is kept clean, tidy and organized at all times to prevent accidents and produce quality products
